1. General The quality policy of MediLime BV is designed to align our products and services optimally with the needs and expectations of our clients, with patient welfare as our primary motivation. We prioritize maintaining excellent relationships with our clients without compromising our quality standards. Our policy aims to prevent errors and inefficiencies by minimizing or eliminating potential causes in advance. We strive for continuous improvement in the quality of our services and products. Our quality policy is determined by the management in consultation with, and incorporating input from, our employees. It is regularly evaluated against our broader strategic and financial-economic policies.
2. Quality Management System To implement our quality policy effectively, we operate a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 standards. The management of MediLime BV commits to adhering to the management system as outlined in our handbook and continuously improving it to achieve our quality objectives. Our management system complies with Dutch legislation and provides the framework for setting and evaluating goals and responsibilities within our organization.
3. Responsibilities Our objective is to be a leading distributor of medical technology and disposables. To this end, we aim to provide high-quality products and services that enhance patient well-being. Quality care requires the active involvement of all employees; each employee is responsible for quality assurance and the tasks that arise from it. Additionally, our organization strives to conduct its activities with a focus on safety and sustainability, committing to a healthy environment and continuous improvement of our environmental performance. The ultimate responsibility for establishing and executing the quality policy rests with the management. Management ensures that all personnel adhere to the rules and regulations established under the quality policy.
4. Stakeholders MediLime BV aims to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders by implementing a clearly recognizable quality management system. We ensure that the products and services we provide meet the quality, delivery, financial, and environmental requirements of our clients. Suppliers are selected based on their product quality, performance, and organizational standards. Efficiency, quality, and added value for the patient are decisive factors in this selection, ensuring that our suppliers meet the demands of MediLime BV. Through frequent contact with suppliers and clients, we aim to continually optimize the quality of our services and our quality management system.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Statement

1. Introduction to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) At MediLime, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of all our business activities. We align all processes and components within our organization with our CSR policy, emphasizing transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct. Our key focus areas are safety, sustainability, and environmental protection.

We continually develop and strive to offer the latest products that comply with current regulations, such as the transition to the Medical Device Regulation (MDR). Our personnel are highly skilled, and we regularly organize training and workshops to support healthcare providers. Additionally, we pay extensive attention to data security. We understand the sensitivity of personal information and take strict measures to protect the privacy of our customers. We implement stringent data protection protocols and only retain necessary customer data for five years, ensuring no unnecessary information is disclosed. We encourage creativity among individuals with intellectual disabilities and offer opportunities to those distant from the labor market. We also provide internships to introduce students to the medical sector and support charitable causes.
